Daytime Support

- Newborn care

This service is ideal for parents who are seeking hands-on support with household management such as laundry, baby item organization, emotional and informational support as they navigate the whole new world of decision-making and task lists that comes with having a newborn at home.
$50 an hour | 4hr Minimum

Overnight Support

- Newborn care
- Limited sleep interruptions
- Item management & care

This service is ideal for parents who want to prioritize the recovery benefits of prolonged hours of rest at night. Mothers who are breastfeeding can be given the baby for feedings then return to sleep while the Postpartum Doula soothes, diapers and settles the baby until the next feed. Doulas will clean, sterilize, organize bottles, pump parts and maintain item organization.
$50 an hour | 8hr Minimum

Sibling Doula Support

- Being on-call & arriving at parents request
- Entertaining, & comforting your child(ren)
- Explaining the birth process to your child(ren)
- Helping to involve your child(ren) in the birth process if you desire
- Making sure your child(ren) are well cared for in your absence
- Creating special memories for your family

This service is intended for parents who desire the care of a Postpartum Doula to provide experienced childcare to their older child(ren) while they are in labor. Because Sibling Doulas are also trained in or are familiar with birth support, they can help the older sibling(s) prepare and adjust to the reality of the new baby coming home and their new role as big brother or sister

$50 an hour | 24hr Minimum

Prenatal Yoga

- Breath Work
Prenatal yoga breathing techniques might help you reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor.

- Gentle stretching
You’ll be encouraged to gently move different areas of your body, such as your neck, arms, and hips, through their full range of motion.

- Asana (Postures)
While standing, sitting, or lying on the ground, you’ll move your body to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Props such as blankets, cushions, and yoga straps will be used to provide support and comfort.

- Cool down and relaxation
Each class will end with a ten minute cool down to slow your heart rate and allow you to relax.

$30 for Mom + Birth Partner

Located at Iron City Boulders in Lawrenceville on Sundays at 2:00 PM

Weekly Homemade
Meal Service

These meals are prepared in your home, using your own groceries and dietary considerations.

Includes:
Prepared breakfasts, lunches, dinners and two snacks that last for one week.

$250 per week

IBCLC in-home
Lactation visit

- 90min consultation for lactation concerns.
- Breast exam to optimize feeding techniques
- Address pain and/or latch concerns
- Pre/post feed baby weighing
- Develop individual feeding plan
- Schedule follow up plan

This service is ideal for mothers who have had a history of challenging breastfeeding experiences getting appointments with specialized care and would prefer to have someone come to their home to limit postpartum travel.

This service is ideal for parents who want objective information about their options and rights during labor and delivery whether in a hospital setting or birthing center. The class is thoughtfully designed to include spouses and birth partners and covers each stage of the labor, delivery and postpartum care areas of newborn care and physical recovery.

When should I book postpartum support?

We recommend booking no later no later than your third trimester to secure your preferred schedule.

Yes! We accept payments with Carrot, Maven, Progyny, and HSA/FSA funds in addition to cash or credit card payments.
